About TrackRahat
When a disaster hits, help arrives from many places at once — and some villages get a lot while others get nothing. TrackRahat puts needs and help for each disaster in one place, so everyone can see where help is still missing.
How it works
- 1A disaster response is opened
When a disaster happens, the TrackRahat team opens a page for it.
- 2Local offices post needs
Ward offices, municipalities and organizations report what is needed, where, and for how many households.
- 3Helpers record what they gave
Organizations record the help they delivered. Anyone can offer help on a need.
- 4Gaps become visible
The Gaps view shows places and types of help that are still missing, so the next truck goes where it is needed.
Our promises
Anyone can see needs and help without an account.
TrackRahat never asks for donations or payment. Be careful of anyone who says otherwise.
Each record says who reported it, when it was updated and whether our team confirmed it.
Phone numbers and exact locations stay private unless the person agrees to share them.
Who we are
TrackRahat is run and managed by volunteers. It was developed with support from Mountain Heart Nepal, a volunteer-driven humanitarian relief organization founded in 2015. TrackRahat does not collect or handle money for anyone.
Who uses it
Ward offices and municipalities, local and international NGOs, community groups, donors and volunteers. Organizations sign in with their work email; everyone else can browse, report a need and offer help without an account.
